We design and develop. Our digital team builds responsive, fast-loading sites — from landing pages to full marketing sites. We can also work with your existing developer if you just need the design.

For design work, we deliver source files (AI, PSD, Figma), print-ready PDFs, web-optimized PNGs/JPEGs, and vector formats (SVG, EPS). For digital projects, you'll get all assets sized and exported for their intended platforms.

Screen printing minimum is typically 24 pieces per design. Embroidery minimum is 12 pieces. For promo products and small-format digital print, we can often accommodate smaller runs. Reach out and we'll find a solution that fits your needs and budget.

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee — ask us about rush options. Complex multi-service projects may take 2–3 weeks.

Screen printing uses ink pushed through a mesh screen — great for bold, colorful designs on t-shirts and soft goods. Embroidery stitches thread directly into fabric — ideal for a premium, textured look on polos, hats, and outerwear. We'll recommend the best method based on your garment and design.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) are preferred. High-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds work too. For embroidery, simple artwork with clean lines and limited colors produces the best stitch results. We'll review your file and let you know if anything needs adjustment.

Always. Every print and embroidery job includes a digital mockup (proof) for your approval before we cut screens or thread needles. For large or complex orders, we can also produce a physical sample for an additional fee.

Yes — banners, backdrops, table throws, signage, step-and-repeats, branded tents, and more. We also offer on-site setup coordination for local events within the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region.

Absolutely — we are your full-service trade show partner. Need extra booth staff? Count on us. Looking to break into a new show but not sure where to start? We can research, recommend, and help you get registered. We also prep and supply everything your booth needs ahead of time: banners, table covers, swag, branded apparel, lapel pins, name badges, and more — delivered to you before the event so you're ready to go. You focus on closing deals — we'll handle the rest.

Design services are quoted as flat project fees, not hourly. Print and promo orders are priced per piece with volume discounts. We'll always give you a clear, itemized quote before any work begins.

Yes. Rush production is available for screen printing, embroidery, and select digital print jobs. We can do rush on promotional products as well. Contact us as early as possible — we'll let you know what's feasible and provide a rush timeline and pricing.

First-time customers are required to pay in full before production begins. For returning clients, we offer 50% deposit to start and 50% on completion. For large orders over $5,000, we offer milestone-based billing. We accept checks, ACH transfers, and all major credit cards.

Yes. We ship print, apparel, and promo orders anywhere in the U.S. Local delivery is available for Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland clients. Event setup is available locally by arrangement.
